Good morning again friends, I decided to play the Word Art Wednesday challenge again this week. Have I told you how much I love Stampin' UP! OMG! Today I am feeling so blessed to be a SU demonstrator. Do you want to join my team? I would love that too. You have to agree that they have the prettiest colors and the Simply Scrappin' kits are so incredible that it is so easy how can you make a beautiful card with them. I need a belated birthday card for a good friend of mine and thought this would be perfect for her.
This card uses the Bandstand Simply Scrappin'. I used So Saffron Card Stock and then textured a layer with the Perfect Polka Dots EF. I cut out flowers out of the coordinating DSP using my Blossom Punch. Actually this is two different pieces using the front and back side designs. I scrunched the flowers up and then puched a top layer with my 1-1/4" Scallop Circle Punch. I used my Paper Piercing Tool to pierce a hole and then put a So Saffron Brad through it to hold it together. I stamped the tag with Cherry Cobbler ink onto the tag that is in the Simply Scrappin' kit. Then added a ribbon with the Round Designer Ribbon Slide and used the 3/8" Taffeta Ribbon to top off the card. I think it is stinkin' cute! Don't you?
Here are the details:
Stamp Sets: Blessings From Heaven
Card Stock: So Saffron, Bandstand Simply Scrappin'
Inks: Cherry Cobbler
Tools: Big Shot, Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, 1-1/4" Scallop Circle Punch, Blossom Punch, 3/16" Subtles Brads, Round Designer Ribbon Slides, 3/8" Taffeta Ribbon, Dimensionals.
Thanks to all of that stop by my blog. I love reading all the comments. Have a lovely day. Hugs, Bev

Reason To Smile Card
Hi stamping buddies, I just can't get enough of this stamp set, can you tell? LOL! It was so worth the $5. Here I used Basic Black Ink and stamped the flowers onto scrap paper and fussy cut them out for a mask to use. I think I cut two out of printing paper and I think it looks so nice how I masked them so they aren't all mixed together. I textured the other side of my card stock with the Delicate Designs Embossing Folder. The black scallop is the Large Scallop Edgelits and then I stamped the praying for you and punched it out with the Decorative Label Punch. Then punched one in black too and layered it underneath. Do you like how it turned out? I sure do.
I hope you have decided to get this Reason to Smile set by now but you do have all month to get it for $5 with a $50.00 purchase. I worked 11 hours yesterday and came home not feeling so well. There was a wedding in town but I was just too tired and sick to go so came home and went to bed. I think I passed out with the TV on. Thankfully today with only be 4 hours of work but that is enough as I need to mow a part of my yard. Then I am going to relax. This ole gal is really tired. I wish I had a day to just relax but I want to leave on Friday so no way. It is really foggy with humidity I bet. OH JOY!
Here are the details:
Stamp Sets: Reason To Smile, Blessings From Heaven
Card Stock: Naturals Ivory, Basic Black
Ink: Basic Black
Tools: Big Shot, Large Scallop Edgelits, Delicate Designs Textured Embossing Folders, Decorative Label Punch, Printer Paper for mask, Dimensionals.
Thanks so much for stopping by and please leave me a comment so I know you have been here. Have a blessed Sunday. Hugs, Bev

Male Heaven Knows Your'e Special Card
Happy Well Worn Wednesday to you all. LOL! I hope your week is going great. I slept in a bit this morning and woke up to a windy day. I went out and mailed a card for my sister's anniversary and picked up some sticks and branches that fell. We got rain last night so I don't have to water the garden. YAY! Then I grabbed the garlic juice to spray on my garden plants to keep deer and varmints off so they won't demolish my hard work. My meeting went good last night and I will share the swap cards with you soon. We did a darling Make and Take too which is so cute. I just love my down line and we just had a nice relaxing night with eats and stamping and friendship. Ain't life grand? Yes it is. I am so blessed to have an active down line. Before they came over I went to pick some lilacs and they made the house smell so good.
On this card I am showing you a new stamp set called Layered Labels and a framelits die called Apothecary Accents Framelits that matches the stamps in the set. OMG you are so going to want to buy all that new stuff. The new Big Shot dies, framelits and texture folders are so incredible. I mean INCREDIBLE! I punched out 1 inch circles out of the Well Worn DSP and card stock. That DSP will be discontinued before the new catalog comes out and it is so perfect for male cards. You have 8 more days to buy anything from the old catalog. On this stamp it says Heartfelt but I stamped over it with the Heaven Knows you're special (I know it too) stamp in Cajun Craze ink and card stock to make a banner to go over the Heartfelt word. This is a card I made for my guy friends that loaned me their vehicle while mine was in the shop. Which by the way is still in the dang shop. GRRRRR! I have a Rhubarb cake baking for them now so I wanted to get this card done and give it to them with the cake.
Here are the details for the card:
Stamp Sets: Blessings from Heaven, Layered Labels
Card Stock: Cajun Craze, River Rock, Not Quite Navy, Well Worn DSP
Inks: Cajun Craze
Accessories: Big Shot, Apothecary Accents Framelits, Houndstooth Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, 1" Circle Punch, Paper Piecing Tool and Mat Pack, Regals Brads, Dimensionals. This is really a pretty easy card. I hope you have a great day and will have time to create something cute. Bless you for stopping by my blog and remember to leave me a comment and contact me if you have any questions.
Hugs, Bev
