Hello Card

Hello stamping friends, how is your Monday going? I made it to the chiro this morning and wow did that feel good. Tonight I want to share a swap card I made for Cindy Umbach's Black and White or Vanilla with a splash of color which can be a brad or a ribbon. I made this card with the framelits dies and folding my card stock and making the die not cut the fold all the way so I could use the framelit shape as my card. It was very easy to do and then I textured it with a texture folder. She was trying to get at least 100 swappers for this swap and can you believe she made it. She as the swapper gets one of everyone's cards. I told her her mail person is going to hate her. LOL!

Here are the details on my card:
Stamp Sets: Hostess Posy Punch
Card Stock: Basic Black, Very vanilla, First Edition DSP
Inks: Basic Black
Accessories: Big Shot, Framleits Dies, Finial Press Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Fancy Flower Punch, 1" Circle Punch, In Color Brads, Paper Piercing Tool and Mat Pack.

I will show you my second swap card for this swap maybe later tonight. I want to thank you all for stopping by and your comments. So sweet of you. Have a good night. Hugs,Bev

Sympathy Card

Brrr, hi stamping friends, it is cold here again. Hmm, are we gonna have winter now? I sure pray not. It flurried all day today and the wind was blowing and it was just plain crappy. Anyway, I hope you had a great day.
Today, I want to share this sympathy card with you that I made yesterday. I sold most of my sympathy cards so wanted to make some more to restock my cards on hand box. You never know when you will need one of those. I thought this card turned out so soft and pretty. Don't you?  It was really easy also. I used the First Edition DSP and I am really going to miss that and hope they replace it with something similar in the new catalog. I just don't don't know yet if they will, but I do know some of the things that are coming. OMG you are just going to love the new catalog. I have seen about 12 new sets now and I am so excited. I really shouldn't wish my life away but COME ON MAY 7th when I can preorder my new catalog. I tried so hard to recruit a couple of people during Sale-A- Bration so I could win the cutest sets but I didn't succeed. Darn it anyway I will have to buy them. And that doesn't mean I am giving up by any means. I will keep trying as I know I can do it.Want to join my team of Bev's Busy Bees or know of anyone that is interested. I will reward you with a stamp set if you refer some one to me.

Here are the details on my card:
Stamp Sets: Love and Sympathy, Posy Punch
Card Stock: Blushing Bride, Very Vanilla, First Edition DSP
Inks: Blushing Bride, Basic Black
Accessories: Big Shot, Framelits Dies, Two Tags Die, Twitterpated Buttons, Sponge, Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots.
I used thin strips of paper to thread through the button and stuck the paper down on the back with mini glue dots.

Thanks for stopping by and have a lovely evening. Let me know what you think of this card as I truly appreciate your comments. Create something cute now. Hugs, Bev

Get Well Card

UH OH it is Sunday so that means I am supposed to have a technique for my own Stamping Technique Sunday but I have no techniques to share with you today. I am so sorry! I feel like the lost shepherd. How about if I just share some cuteness with you from cards I made this weekend so far? Because that is all I have for you. I was stamping at my girlfriends all day yesterday so I got my Easter cards done that I will share with you later. They turned out cute. Anyway I was stamping cards for a swap I signed up on our demo site and I was using this Posy Punch hostess set and I noticed this flower in the set that was houndstooth looking so I thought how stinkin' cute it would be in all yellow and white. So I textured the base of my card with the Houndstooth Impressions Texture Folder and then used the Beyond the Garden DSP to make a Paper Ruffled Ribbon like I showed you last weekend. So tell me what you think, would you like to get this bright card if you were sick in bed? I sure would.
Here are the details:
Stamp Sets: Posy Punch (hostess set), Teeny Tiny Wishes
Card Stock: Daffodil Delight, Whisper White, Beyond the Garden DSP
Inks: Daffodil Delight
Accessories: Big Shot, Houndstooth Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Word Window Punch, Fancy Flower Punch, Brights Designer Buttons, Sticky Strip for paper ruffled ribbon, Mini Glue Dots, Dimensionals.   This is my first card for today so let me now what you think of it. I think it is really cute.
Thanks for stopping by today, hugs and happy stamping and scrapping, Bev
