Hello again friends, I am back with a STAMPING 411 Saturday Sketch Challenge 262 that I wanted to participate in this week. I love this Reason To Smile set with the darling flowers. I used the flower on the stem and even though it is a 2 step stamp I used my blender pen to color it with Rich Razzleberry and Gumball Green. I stamped the flower on a scrap of Whisper White card stock and cut it out to lay on top of the flower that I used a mask to stamp like it is behind the other one. I then cut them out with the Floral Frames Framelits. The DSP is the darling Floral District. I love the designs in that pack and it is such nice texture you should really have a pack of it. Add that to some more merchandise that totals $50. and you can get the darling Reason To Smile set for only FIVE BUCKS. Great deal in July only.
The Stamping411 has a blog that is http://stamping411.blogspot.com so you can check out the other cards and the Stamping411 operators for more ideas. This is their Saturday Sketch Challenge and this is the first time I have played in the challenge. They give you the card design and then you can use any Stampin' UP! stamp set. I love challenges that use only Stampin' UP! merchandise as that is all I buy and use.
Here are the details:
Stamp Sets: Reason To Smile, Friendly Phrases
Card Stock: Whisper White, Rich Razzleberry, Floral District DSP
Inks: Rich Razzleberry, Gumball Green Marker

Okay now I really need to get outside and water. I thought it was going to rain but it is sunny now. Darn it. I got a tick on me the other day from walking out there. Yikes. Thanks for checking back in with me today. Stamping Hugs, Bev
