Good morning stamping buddies, it is a frosty morning. Wow, do I have a ton of things on my plate today. I have to get ready to leave as I work tomorrow and am leaving on Friday morning to head to Omaha and stay the night and then onto Iowa on Saturday morning. So I won't be blogging too much while I am away or rather to show you cards but maybe of the wedding and such.
This is a card I stamped for the ColourQ challenge this week. I had made up little treat bags with a Halloween mix and stuck these little tags on for my customers at last Sunday's party. Well, I had some left over so I pulled the tags off the bags to make up cards with the kits. Here I used Clockworks and Seasonal Sayings stamp sets and the Ghoulish Googlies Designer Kit to make this card. I snailed, I popped up with dimensionals and wowza this card weighs a ton. LOL! I don't have Orchid Opulence as called for in the challenge so I used the Wisteria Wonder ink instead.Yep, it is a couple of pounds. It is a good thing I am hand delivering this card. LOL!
Here are the details:
Stamp Sets: Clockworks, Seasonal Sayings, Googly Ghouls,Ghoulish Ghouls Designer Kit
Card Stock: Basic Black, Tangerine Tango, More Mustard, Whisper White
Inks: Basic Black, Wisteria Wonder, Tangerine Tango, More Mustard

Bless you for stopping by and please ask if you have any questions. Have a great day and I will be back some time to show you some cards. Live, Laugh, Love, Stamp! Hugs, Bev

Good morning stamping friends. Well, I thought I would be waking up to snow but it isn't here yet. It isn't here yet but should be shortly as it is over in Grand Forks ND which is 2 hours West of us here. Wet heavy snow and very windy so poor visibility. Lovely, we do need the moisture though so that is good. Maybe the trees will survive. My pines and evergreens are looking stressed even because of the drought. Okay onto my card, I need to get in the shower this morning for work.
I stamped this card for Freshly Made Sketches. The base I used is Basic Gray with Tangerine Tango instead of Black that you always see for Halloween. The base of my card is Basic Gray that I stamped the Distressed Dots with Basic Gray ink. I used a strip of Howlstooth & Scaringbone DSP and layered it over Tangerine Tango. I stamped the Happy Halloween in Basic Gray ink on Whisper White Card Stock and punched it out with the Word Window and then layered that over the Modern Label Punch and attached it with Dimensionals. I tied the Striped Satin Ribbon around my card. Then I stamped the Dracula on Whisper White Card Stock with Basic Gray Card Stock. I cut it out with the Window Frames Collection Framelits and then cut out the next bigger framelit with Tangerine Tango and use the Festive Paper Piercing Pack on that piece. I added the Googlies to the Dracula and ooohh isn't he scary? LOL!
Here are the details:

Good morning stamping buddies, I hope you have a terrific Thursday. I have a headache it feels like. I have to work the late shift today so have time to post this. ARGH, late last night a friend called me to see if I needed tomatoes. Just shoot me okay, because I told her yes. So her and her husband brought over 3 flats of them. They are really nice and big and ripe so I can blanch them Friday night and can this coming weekend. Then I am done, if I have them finished or not. I can take some home with me I suppose to eat but they might not last that long. I don't leave until the 12th or 13th so I am not sure if they will still be good.
I made this card for Unscripted Sketches and Freshly Made Sketch if they will except it. My border goes the opposite way so I hope it will be okay. They can always boot me out if not. I used the Basic Black for my card base and layered the Howlstooth and Scaringbone DSP on top of that. Then I stamped the Border Banter words in Basic Black and then the Chevron stamp in More Mustard on More Mustard Card Stock. Then on Very Vanilla Card Stock I stamped the mummy from Googly Ghouls stamp set in Basic Black ink and then the greeting in More Mustard and that is from the Wacky Wishes stamp set. I die cut that out with the Labels Collection Framelits and sponged around it in Basic Black ink. I added a googly eye from the Googlies. Then I tied a bow with the Striped Satin Ribbon and attached it with mini Glue Dots. It was really a very easy card.
Here are the details:
