Hello everyone, I am here with a quick post of a quick card today. I have been so busy with house things that I wanted to get done before winter settles in. I got dirt for around my house last night and when that guy came he helped me clean out my eaves too. I needed to get my hose out today to clean off my house from that being done. Thankfully it was warm enough today. Can you believe it is almost Thanksgiving. Where has the summer gone?
On this card I used the Wahoo Paper Pumpkin kit from a month or two back. You should really join My Paper Pumpkin so you don't miss any of these. The leaf is from the Thankful Tablescape Simply Created Kit that is in the Holiday Catalog. I used the Chevron Border Punch with the Sweater Weather DSP. That is such pretty paper. The Give Thanks came from the Best of Autumn set and then I used Gorgeous Grunge for the splatters. LOVE that set!
Here are the Supplies:

Lots of Leaves
WOW, can you believe I am posting a card? I know it has been too long. I actually took time to work on some Thanksgiving cards yesterday after being so sick last week and trying to play catch up. I figured I would do something not so taxing and lately I just haven't felt like stamping. I don't know what is wrong with me but I hope it comes back. It better as I have a Christmas class in a week so I figured I better get my Thanksgiving cards out first. This was an easy card and it is more striking in person I think.
I stamped the leaves from the Best of Autumn set in Old Olive, Crushed Curry and Pumpkin Pie ink and then took sharpies and colored some Basic Rhinestones to put randomly on the card.
Walla I am done. So quick and easy. Those are the kinds of cards I have to make these days. So busy with my house these days.
Here are the supplies:
Stamp Set: Best of Autumn 134390 Clear
Card Stock: Very Vanilla 101650
Inks: Old Olive 126953, Pumpkin Pie 126945, Crushed Curry 131173
Tools and Accessories: Basic Rhinestones 119246
That is it for me today, going to an Iowa basketball game with my sister Jan and Ken. So off to get ready for that.
Have a great day! Happy stamping and scrapping! Hugs, Bev

FMS and Pals Paper Arts Challenge Card
Hi stamping friends, a quick post for you tonight. Geesh, it is Friday already! Where did the week go?
I have been busy packing a bit and dealing with house issues this week. I have a couple more posts to share before I will be MIA for a couple of weeks as I need to start packing and close next Thursday.
I wanted to stamp a card for fall using this darling stamp that I got online from Technique Tuesday. It is a clear stamp set called Celebrate Fall and I love Fall so had to have it. It is a bunch of nice Fall sayings so when I saw the FMS sketch and the Pals color challenge I knew whet I was going to do.
My card base is Pear Pizzazz and the next layer is Pumpkin Pie and I textured that with the Fancy fan EF and then I die cut a circle with the Circle Framelits and stamped the leaf from the Best of Autumn set onto Baked Brown Sugar Card stock with the same color ink. Then on Very Vanilla I stamoed the image from the Technique Tuesday set in Pumpkin Pie ink. I stamped the leaf again in Pear Pizzazz ink but stamped off first so I would be able to see the Celebrate Fall that I stamped in Baked Brown Sugar ink. I also sponged around that piece with the Baked Brown Sugar ink. Oh and yes I flipped the sketch for Freshly made Sketches. Oh, I hope they don't boot me out. LOL!
