Snowflake Soiree Christmas Card for Merry Monday

Hello stamping friends, I hope you had a nice Monday. Here it is Monday night and I am just getting around to posting. I came home exhausted from work today. 9 hours on my feet and up and down the basement stairs helping guys looking for pipe was hard on my knees. I could hardly wait for 4:00 to strike so I could leave for home. I came home and watched Dr OZ and then I must have taken a short nap. I should have made salsa tonight but no way, too tired. I heated up my Healthy Cabbage Soup for supper and then went out to burn some paper. Between mail and scraps of card stock, I always have a ton plus lately all my Kleenex from blowing my nose. Tomorrow I have to go to the dentist up north. Then I will come home and cut up the onions and peppers and can my salsa to get it done. I also want to make cabbage rolls with the huge cabbage I got. Busy Busy!

Okay about my card, I wanted to get in my weekly challenges, so here is my Merry Monday card and it had to be a Christmas Card with a certain layout. I used the Snowflake Soiree stamp set.  I used Marina Mist and Whisper White Card Stock. I textured my second layer with the Northern Flurry EF. I cut a strip of  Whisper White and stamped one of those darling borders from the Make A Mitten stamp set and then cut some Marina Mist Scallop Dots Ribbon and used the Round Ribbon Slide. I stamped the snowflakes in Marina Mist and Bashful Blue and die cut them out with the Window Frames Collection Framelits. I sponged around all the white pieces  with Marina Mist Ink and then popped up the die cut with dimensionals. I added a Basic Rhinestone in the middle of the top snowflake and then stamped Merry Christmas in the corner with the Petite Pairs stamp set.  I thought it turned out so cute. Don't you?

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you so much for stopping by and have a lovely day.
Hugs, Bev
