What was it that you decided to give up or do for Lent? I decided to read more of the Bible and make a better effort spiritually. In my busy life by myself trying to maintain this acreage and all the chores all myself it is so overwhelming sometimes and I sit and get nothing done. This morning I slept in a bit and woke up and just cried that I miss Michael and even though I talk to my family a lot it is hard being up here in MN by myself. Then the sun comes out and I remember that God is with me at all times and I realize how grateful that I have such wonderful friends here that take me out for breakfast or have me over for supper or just stop by to visit. Or a stamping friend leaves me a loving comment here on my blog. So today this is the card I stamped to share with you. I used the God's Blessings set and I use this set so much. I wish Stampin' UP! had more spiritual sets.
