C is for Cat Card

I stamped 2 cards for a contest with SU for demos to do and it was titled "Parade Your Pets". This first card I stamped used the C is For Cat stamp set 115764 $15.95. I used Blushing Bride and Basic Gray CS and  used the Big Shot and the new Framed Tulips Textured Impressions Texture Folder 121809 $7.95 from the Occasions Mini and textured the Basic Gray CS then embossed the cats with a Black Craft Ink Stamping Spot 119717 $21.95 for the 10 spots and Clear Embossing Powder 109310 $4.75. I tied the 1/2" Stitched Poly Ribbon in Blushing Bride 119264 $8.95 long ways around the Basic Gray CS.  Then on the kitty's collars I put a Basic Pearl Jewel 119247 $4.95 on each collar to dress it up a bit. Then I stamped   "You're just the cat's pajamas!" which is a personalized text stamp using item 115584 Tailored One Line $10.95. Did you think the text stamps were only for names? Well think again.  You can make them say anything you want. I stamped my personal greeting with basic Gray ink on the IN COLOR Designer Paper Pack 121028 you get as a hostess gift for a 150.00 workshop and punched it out with the Modern Label Punch 119849 $16.95. Then I used the Color Spritzer Tool 107066 $12.95 with the Basic Gray marker.
It was a fun card to do for the contest and who knows if I will win but I don't care really. It was fun to stamp and I love to do that!
