Delicate Doilies Sympathy

HappyValentine's Day everyone. I feel like the poor drummer boy at Christmas as today I have no Valentine to share :(   I wanted to wish you the most loving day however. Hugs to all of you. I still haven't been to the big town to get a camera battery. GRRRR! Too busy stamping, packing and prepping for my party on Sunday.  This card was sent to me from my down line Darcy Peterson when Mom passed away.
It uses the Delicate Doilies and Thoughts and Prayers stamp sets. I thought it was pretty and thankfully I took a picture of it before my camera battery died.
OMG, did you hear that Olympian Oscar Pistorius shot his girlfriend? I am in shock and just heard that this morning. And yay that Tierra left the bachelor. What a whiner she was! Ok, enough of the TV news. LOL!
I hope to have that battery by tonight and then I can start posting a bit more. I am running close to my time to get back to Iowa so yikes I need to get more packing done. So much to do so little time.
Have a blessed day and thanks again for stopping by.
Hugs, Bev

SU Delicate Doilies Set Birthday Card

TGIF Stamping friends, tonight I have a birthday card to share that I made for my last Tuesday party. I am so glad it is Friday and I am exhausted but I have to work tomorrow also. UGH! I will be dead by Sunday. So much to do so little time. I hope after December 1st I can start doing card challenges again. I so want to start that but just too tired. I did catch a mouse or shrew upstairs here with a sticky trap right after I set them out all over to make my trap line.YUCK!  That was quick though and haven't found another one since but I am ready so we will see how that challenge goes. I would rather be stamping. LOL!

This card was really a quick card using the Lacy Brocade EF and the DSP from the Afternoon Daydream Simply Scrappin' Set. I stamped the Delicate Doilies images and die cut them out the Floral Frames Framelits. Then layered the floral designs on top of the banners with Dimensionals in between the layers and added a Basic Pear on top. Easy Peasy but pretty I thought, don't you?

Here are the details:
Stamp Sets: Delicate Doilies, Itty Bitty Banners
Card Stock: Primrose Petals, So Saffron, Whisper White, Afternoon Daydreams Simply Scrappin'
Inks: Primrose Petals, So Saffron
Tools and Accessories: Big Shot, Floral Frames Framelits, Bitty Banners Framelits, Lacy Brocade Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Basic Pearls, Dimensionals.
I hope my card inspires you in some way and thanks for stopping by today. I pray you have a blessed weekend. Join my group of Bev's Busy Bee's or shop 24/7 here: www.funtostamp.stampinup.net

Valentine Scrap Book Page

Hi Stampers,  Today I am going to share with you....(I know it doesn't happen very often) an 8x8" scrapbook page that I made before a party a few weeks ago where the hostess wanted to do a scrapbook page. Sorry I don't have the best place to photograph a scrapbook page.
I thought it turned out cute and of course I don't have pictures on it because I am by myself. I guess I could have taken my camera to a friends house that is married and taken their picture. Oh well, just imagine a couple of love birds in the pics okay. LOL! Anyway here are the details:

Stamp Sets: Delicate Doilies, Broadsheet Alphabet, School Lines
Card stock: Flirtatious Specialty DSP, Melon Mambo Textured Card Stock, Tangerine Tango, Whisper White
Inks: Melon Mambo and Tangerine Tango
Accessories: Big Shot, Framlits Dies Labels Collection, Designer Buttons Brights and Subtles, White Baker's Twine, 1-1/4" Circle Punch, Dimensions, Sponge
As always thanks for stopping by and just so you know I love all my followers. You are the best. Happy stamping. Hugs,Bev

I love that new In Color...Pool Party! It just makes me feel so refreshed. The ink I used was Chocolate Chip Ink Pad and Marker and Tea Stain Spot from the Distressing Essentials kit.
The accessories I used were 1-3/4" Scallop Circle, 1-3/4  inch Circle Punch, Big Shot, Two Tags Die, Sponge, Color Spritzer Tool,  Antique Brads, Victoria Crochet Trim Ribbon, and the  Distressing Essentials Kit.
