Happy Thursday stamping buds, I am here with a quick post to get this card in under the wire for JUGS challenge which is a color challenge this time. The technique is one I learned about a while ago but have never used it so today I picked up some oh about 1-1/4" painter's tape at the local hardware store. I know you can use thinner tape also if your choose. I simply tore of pieces of painter's tape and pressed them down lightly onto my ink pad and then put it down it over my Naturals Ivory Card Stock and pressed down to transfer the ink and then pulled it off and threw the tape away. I also grabbed the Gorgeous Grunge Stamp set and to give the ink splotches some more dimension and texture as I stamped the lines over it in the same color of ink. I used the Labels Collections Framelits to die cut the piece and then took my Distress Tool and distressed the edges. I used the Pretty Print EF on my second layer. I added a Naturals Designer Button and then put a Candy Dot in the middle. The greeting is from the Hostess Banner Greetings Set and I just fussy cut that out and then layered it on another Labels Die Cut.
