Stampin' UP! Bordering on Romance Card

Hi stamping buddies. Oh Thursday already and yesterday being the first day of Spring. You would never know it by this crazy weather. I stamped this card because it was so dang cold here with the wind blowing to beat the band, I needed to cheer up a bit. I went to Zumba and then went to the store and came home and did a lot of nothing really. Oh, I made some phone calls for jobs in case this Nanny job doesn't come about. I would really just like to bake and sell my cards, well except for the ugly ones like yesterday. LOL! They have a Farmer's Market two days a week so I left a message for a guy about that but I didn't hear back from them yet. That is what I would love to do. Bake  and cook and stamp, well and see my darlin' too and Zumba and family and friends. Okay, I will quit now. My sister got back from South Africa so I talked with her and then I realized I didn't really have anything for supper so went back to the store and bought a bunch of frozen veggies to help get me through this Non Gluten thing. I am feeling better already though. YAY for that. It isn't easy to start out. But I am getting used to it.

I have to tell you I stamped this card for a card challenge and then as my life goes I missed the date so here it is anyway. My card base is Tangerine Tango and I layered a textured piece from the Fancy Fan EF. I stamped the Bordering On Romance Image with Black StazOn ink to use on the Watercolor Paper.  I colored the image with my blender pen using Tangerine Tango, Pool Party, Daffodil Delight and Luck Limeade inks. I used the Corner Rounder on the corners and layered it on a piece of Pool Party. I stamped another floral bunch and fussy cut it out and popped it up with a Stampin' Dimensional.  I made a banner and stamped the greeting from the Sale-A-Bration set Bloomin' Marvelous. I love that set and Sale-A-Bration only lasts through Friday so time is running out. I added a button from the Sale-A-Bration flyer too. I tied baker's Twine through it and stuck it on with a glue dot. I thought it turned out pretty, don't you? I like how the button goes with that Texture Folder.
