Summer Splash Spinner Card

This is a FUNNNNNN card to make and so easy! I will try to tell you how to do it. Some day I will get a video camera to help with this part of blogging!  

This card is using the Summer Splash set from the Summer mini and On Your Birthday Stamp set. I did this at a workshop and it was a hit. I used Pacific Point, Sahara Sand CS and the discontinued Blueberry Crisp DSP . I used the Word Window,1/2 inch circle,1-3/4 Scallop Circle and 1-1/4 inch circle punch and pennies to slide. This is an old technique but I liked the technique with this set.
